E2 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Nokoret Shena, (2) Daniel Njehia Mwaura and (3) Charles Muriithi Njiru, the deceased’s mother and fathers to children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winnie Naisianoi Shena, who died at Nairobi South Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E75 OF 2022 By (1) Nhicho ene Kitoget and (2) Ntushu ole Parteyie, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kiroget Lenkiok alias John Kiroket Lenkiok, who died at Namanga Sub-location, on 4th June, 2009. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2022 By Eunice Naisoi Kulankash, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Kirepei Kulakash, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 16th October, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
