E19 OF 2022 By (1) Japheth Mwangi Ngumba and (2) Robert Mwangi Ngumba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Ngumba Arthur alias Arthur Ngumba alias Baranaba Ngumba, who died at M.P.
