Box 468, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Justus Ndegwa Ngari alias Ngari Justus Ndegwa alias Justus Ngari, late of Tetu, who died at Komarock Modern, on 20th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E3098 OF 2022 By Jane Wambui Karanja, of P.O. Box 75474, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njuguna Karanja, late of Nairobi, who died at Our Lady’s Hospice, Thigio, on 26th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E3161 OF 2022 By Moses Mburu Ngugi, of P.O. Box 120–00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Wangui Mugwanja, late of Kiambu, who died at Kari, on 9th May, 2008. CAUSE NO. E3201 OF 2022 By (1) Grace Wanjiku Kimemia and (2) John Kamau Kimemia, both of P.O. Box 30124–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimemia Kamau Ngugi alias Kimemia Kamau alias Kimemia s–o Kamau alias Mr. Kimemia Kamau, late of Nairobi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st May, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
