NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th November, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1063, in Volume DI, Folio 398/3938, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Joel Gachomo, of P.O. Box 5574–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Joel Kamau Gachomo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use 8718 8718 of his former name Joel Kamau Gachomo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Joel Gachomo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Joel Gachomo only.
