THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Ndungu Njoroge, of P.O. Box 1689, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 10374/47, situate north east of Nakuru District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title of the said piece of land is missing and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
