TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2021 By Elizabeth Awuor Otieno, of P.O. Box 95–40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kelmentina Karan Ochiel, who died at Ambira, on 11th January, 2016. CAUSE NO. 235 OF 2022 By Alfred Opiyo Osaha, of P.O. Box 231, Sidindi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwalo Osaha Murese, who died at Mudhiero, Siaya, on 18th January, 2018. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
