TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 334 OF 2019 By (1) Joseph Owino Abungu and (2) Rose Akoth Thwere, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abungu Omondi Simita alias Abungu Omondi, who died on 2nd December, 2015. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
