TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E124 OF 2021 By Andrew Ireri Ndwiga, of P.O. Box 136, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndwiga Kagio, late of Embu East, who died at Embu Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd May, 1991. CAUSE NO. E153 OF 2022 By Salesio Namu Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 25, Runyenjes in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiura Muruanyenga alias Kiura Mwaranyange, late of Embu East, who died at Nyagari, on 3rd October, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
