TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E115 OF 2022 By Margaret Gathoni Kamau, of P.O. Box 80, Wang’uru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kamau Mwai alias Paul Kamu alias Poul Kamau Mwai, who died at District Hospital, Mbagathi in Kenya, on 5th September, 2015. CAUSE NO. E120 OF 2022 By Kariuki Kareche, of P.O. Box 1, Karaba, the deceased’s administrator, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tabitha Katile, who died at Wachoro Sub-location, on 8th August, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
