E74 OF 2022 By Rose Anyango Oim, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Oim alias Martin Oim Otiende, who died on 24th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. E110 OF 2022 By Judith Wangare Gichuru, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Abok Odera, who died on 4th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E111 OF 2022 By Jane Aluoch Ogada, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ezekiel Ababu Obita, who died on 10th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
