TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 352 OF 2022 By (1) Collince Omondi Okoth and (2) Okoth Pius Oruko, both of P.O. Box 139–40122, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Okoth Oruko, who died at Ahero, on 6th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. 377 OF 2022 By Kristabel Okelo Odep, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Odep Muga, who died on 16th March, 1987. CAUSE NO. 379 OF 2022 By Leonard Ochanjo Ndinne, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nnaih Athieno Ndhine, who died on 15th June, 2017. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
