TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2022 By (1) Kameli Uvesi and (2) Awadh Hassan, both of P.O. Box 122– 90137, Kibwezi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwongela Isika Kingu, who died at Kikumbulyu Location, on 22nd March, 2000. CAUSE NO. 24 OF 2022 By (1) Robert Nzioka Musembi and (2) Stephen Kilonzo Musembi, both of P.O. Box 45, Mtito Andei in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Musembi Mutisya, who died at Bishop Kioko Hospital in Kenya, on 10th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
