Box 759, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Nthambi Nzyoka alias Nthambi Job Nzyoka alias Nthambi Nzyoka, who died at Matetani Sub-location, on 4th April, 2004. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2022 By (1) Jacinta Lydia Mwikya and (2) Paul Muthiani Mwikya, both of P.O. Box 81–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mwikya Muindi, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 24th April, 2012. CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2022 By (1) Thomas Muasya Muvaka and (2) John Wambua Muvaka, both of P.O. Box 230–90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benjamin Muvaka Muange, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 24th May, 2012. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
