TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 372 OF 2020 By Dennis Anyieni Aming’a, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Bochere Mogonchi, who died at District Hospital, Gucha in Kenya, on 22nd August, 2002. CAUSE NO. E242 OF 2022 By Raphael Kiriago Okemwa, of P.O. Box 2464–40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nericko Okemwa Areri, who died on 16th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
