TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E173 OF 2022 By (1) Salome Gabon Chebon and (2) Amos Kipyegon Chebon, both of P.O. Box 58534–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sirma Chebon, who died at St. Mary’s Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 20th December, 2014. CAUSE NO. E251 OF 2022 By Benjamin Kiplimo Sang, of P.O. Box 71, Moi University in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo arap Sang alias Paul Kiptoo Sang, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd December, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
