TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 312 OF 2016 By Nathan Kariuki M’Njeru, of P.O. Box 67, Runyenjes in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Njeri Kovi, who died at Kevote Sub-location, on 20th February, 1985. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2022 By Nyaga Kinandi, of P.O. Box 279–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wanjira Kinanda, who died at Kathande, Kianjokoma, on 25th January, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
