TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E67 OF 2022 By Doris Kaguri, of P.O. Box 149, Maua in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Onesimas Mugo M’Mwithia, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd October, 2013. CAUSE NO. E122 OF 2022 By Juria Mwontubetwe M’Imaingi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirumata Maingi, who died at Athaine, on 7th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E125 OF 2022 By John Kirema M’Kararu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kararu M’Ithumbu alias M’Karau M’Ithumbu, who died at Amwathi, on 5th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
