Ndungu, of P.O. 61, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyokabi Muhura alias Lucy Nyokabi Muhura, who died at Kiamwangi, on 1st September, 2005.
