E307 OF 2022 By Nancy Mulaya Lung’ahi, of P.O. 75, Kakamega in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Khazalwa, late of Changamwe, who died at Beyondscope Hospital in Kenya, on 15th January, 2021. 4:31 PM THE KENYA GAZETTE 23rd September, 2022 7330 7330 CAUSE NO. E443 OF 2022 By Abdallah Onino Opio, of P.O. Box 92, Nambacha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Opiyo, who died at Nambacha, on 19th December, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
