Box 27–40131, Maseno in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Nyangaga Ochwata, who died at North Ratta, on 22nd November, 2020. CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2022 By Jacob Odawa Okinda, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okanda Odawa, who died at Osiri Sub-location, on 12th May, 1997. CAUSE NO. E413 OF 2022 By Dalmas Osito Ogony, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Ogony Otiende alias Ogony Otiende, who died at Ojolla Sub-location, on 4th November, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
