TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2022 By Margaret Wamwirua Kamanyi, of P.O. Box 227–10300, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Murani Karunji alias Kathiaka Karinji Muthangaini, late of Kamba Gati, who died at Kerugoya County Hospital in Kenya, on 20th April, 2020. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2022 By Stephen Waweru Mubia, of P.O. Box 55460–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Maina Muchiri, late of Ruiri, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 13th September, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
