TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2022
By (1) Rasoha Akhasungu Ommani, (2) Micah Ommani Ambululi, (3) Beatrice Anindo Kulubi and (4) Ruth Shisiali Ommani, all of P.O.
Box 1153–501015, Bukura in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Ambululi Ommani, late of Shibeye, who died on 2nd
March, 2022.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
