TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2022 By (1) Charles Orony Ogalo and (2) Ronald Gordon Rogo, both of P.O. Box 766–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Helen Hilda Ogalo Oyoo alias Helen Helda Agalo Oyoo alias Hellen Hilda Ogalo Oyoo alias Hellen Hilda Ogalo, who died at North Kapuonja, on 23rd March, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
