TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2022 By Robert Munga Kamau, of P.O. Box 12827, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wanjiru Kamau, who died at Nakuru Heart Centre, on 1st April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2022 By John Gitonga Ndiritu, of P.O. Box 85, Mirangine in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nderitu Kiretai Ndiritu, who died at Ngorika, on 14th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2022 By (1) Zahida Akbari Ahmed alias Zahida Akbari Shamshad Ahmed and (2) Shabir Ahmed, both of P.O. Box 489, Kitale in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Shamshad Ahmed Yakub alias Shamshad Ahmed s/o Mohamed Yakub, who died at Macclesfield District General Hospital, Macclesfield, on 4th October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Njeri Njenga, (2) Grace Nyambura Mbatia and (3) John Njuguna Mbugua, all of P.O. Box 1, Miharati in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and grandson, respectively, for a grant of probate with will to the estate of Beatrice Wambui S. Njoroge, who died at Kabati, on 21st January, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
