REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Njihia Mbugua, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1035 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. Kwale/Diani Beach Block/916, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct the green card under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
