NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 29th June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1613, in Volume D1, Folio 329/3324, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Florah Wangui Mumbi (gurdian), on behalf of Mitchell Mumbi Blankson-Amissah (minor), formerly known as Mitchell Mumbi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mitchell Mumbi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mitchell Mumbi Blankson-Amissah, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mitchell Mumbi Blankson-Amissah only.
