NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 24th June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 365, in Volume D1, Folio 320/3259, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Mary Consolata Ishepe Nandili, of P.O. Box 4884–00506, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Consolata Ishepe Wanyonyi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Consolata Ishepe Wanyonyi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Consolata Ishepe Nandili, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Consolata Ishepe Nandili only.
