NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th July, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 892, in Volume D1, Folio 310/3157, File No. MMXXII, by our client Catherine Wanjiru Njoroge (guardian), on behalf of Amara Marie Makena Asseto (minor), of P.O. Box 26695– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Amara Makena Kiarie, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Amara Makena Kiarie, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amara Marie Makena Asseto, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amara Marie Makena Asseto only.
