Mercy, formerly known as Mercyline Nanjala Amodoi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mercyline Nanjala Amodoi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kedi M. Mercy, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kedi M. Mercy only. Dated the 11th August, 2021.
