IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred in the provisions of Articles 74 and 180 (4) of the Constitution of Kenya and sections 11, 12 and 14 of the Assumption of the Office of County Governor Act, 2019, it is notified for the information of the general public that the swearing-in ceremony of Abdullswamad Sheriff Nassir as the Governor and Francis Thoya Foleni as Deputy Governor of Mombasa County, shall be held on the 15th September, 2022 at 10.00 a.m at Mama Ngina Water Front, Mombasa County.
