GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11875

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 12 of the County Governments Act (CGA) read together with sections 9 and 46 of the County Assembly Service Act (CASA) and the provisions of the 1st schedule, applications are invited from interested and qualified persons, one (1) man and one (1) woman, to serve as members of Nakuru County Assembly Service Board. All applicants are notified that the positions are available on part-time basis. Requirements for Appointment (a) Must be a Kenyan Citizen. (b) Must be a resident of Nakuru County, with knowledge and experience in public affairs but not a Member of County Assembly (c) Holds a Degree from a University recognized in Kenya. (d) Has at least ten (10) years experience in public affairs. (e) Meets the requirements of leadership and integrity in Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. Application Criteria Persons interested in filling the above positions should submit their applications, accompanied with the following documents: (a) Academic Certificates. (b) National ID or Passport and a copy of the CV. (c) Candidates with foreign Degrees must obtain accreditation from the Commission of Higher Education. Note: Successful candidates shall provide the following clearances; (a) KRA Clearance Certificate. (b) Compliance Certificate from High Education Loans Board (HELB). (c) Certificate of Good Conduct from the Department of Criminal Investigation. (d) Clearance Certificate from Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).
