REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Maina Njai (ID/3596386), of P.O. Box 37, Kenol in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.2023 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Murang’a District, registered under title No. Mitubiri/Wempa/Block 2/1708, and whereas sufficient evidence to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I issue a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
