WHEREAS (1) Joshua Samson Mwagandi (2) Nicosemus Kaingu Mwagandi, (3) Zecharia Mwagandi, (4) John Mumba Mwagandi, (5) Mary Samson Mwagandi, (6) Kahindi Hinzano Charo, (7) Peter Arnold Hinzano and (8) Mbeyu Charo Kiponda, are the registered proprietors in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in Kilifi District, registered under title No. Kilifi/Mtwapa/4463, and whereas sufficient evidence to show that the green card cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
