REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Mbogo Kalume, of P.O. Box 84248–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 2.958 hectares or thereabouts, known as 9479/III/MN, situate within Kilifi Municipalityin Kilifi District, registered as CR. 72426/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file register as provided under section 33(5) of the Land Registration Act remove the restriction as providedunder the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
