REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gideon Chelimo Ngelechei and (2) Getrude Chelagat, as joint tenants, both of P.O. Box 30091–00100, Nairobi in 30th September, 2022 THE KENYA GAZETTE the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of a leasehold interest in all that piece of land containing 0.0196 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the District of Nairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 134/1446, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost or misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
