NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the,Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to all customers who have failed and or neglected to collect their goods which have been in our warehouse on or before 31st Marck 2022, that the said goods must be collected within thirty (30) days fro* the date of this publication upon payment of storage charges, failure to which the said goods will be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty without further notice and the proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any incidental costs and any shortfall will be recovered from the owners by legal proceedings.
