NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following authority and order under CR. MISC No. E48/2022, in the Chief Magistrates Court at Kajiado Law Courts to the public/owners/custodians of, motor vehicles, motorcycles and assorted stores which are lying idle and unclaimed within Kitengela Police yard, to collect the said motor vehicles, motorcycles and assorted stores at the said yard within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice.
