THE COUNTY GOVERNMENTS ACT

DECLARATION

IT IS notified for the information of the general public that Pursuant to the provisions of section 12 (3) (d) of the County Governments Act, 2012 as read together with sections 8, 9 and the First Schedule of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017, the position of Member of the County Assembly Service Board fell vacant upon the First Sitting of the County Assembly. In light of the foregoing, the County Assembly invites applications from interested persons (one male and one female) who qualify to serve as members of the County Assembly Service Board pursuant to the provisions of section 9 of the County Assembly Services Act, 2017. Persons interested in filling the above positions should submit their applications accompanied with the relevant documents. All applications should be hand delivered to the Office of the Clerk of the County Assembly, Chuka Offices, on or before the close of business, Wednesday, 12th October, 2022, in a sealed envelope.
