REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alex Chibungu Runya, as adsministrator of the estate of Runya Saidi Sadi (deceased), is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land situate in Kilifi District, registered under title No. Kilifi/Ngerenyi/789, and whereas sufficient evidence to show that the green card cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
