WHEREAS Martin James Nginya Kago (ID/6288805), is registered as proprietor in the absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under the title No. Chania/Kanyoni/2899, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land has been lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a second edition of the the land register provided that no objection has been received within that period.
