REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ganjoni Tower Limited, of P.O. Box 98098-80100, Mombasa in the Republuc of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1269 acre or thereabouts, known as plot No. Mombasa Block XXU295, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of lease deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
