WHEREAS (1) Linet Kavulani Shavisa and (2) Musumi Hashimoto Odari, both of P.O. Box 30197-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as trustees of (1) Rosebella Emi Ajema Aguya, (2) Susumu Aguyo Odari and (3) Hiromi Midika Odari, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 14870/576, situate in South of Ruint Municipality in Kiambu District, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as 1.R. 52750/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificates of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
