Box 9892– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mumbi Karihe Nasra alias Elizabeth Mumbi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mumbi Karihe Nasra alias Elizabeth Mumbi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elizabeth Mumbi Karihe, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address her by her assumed name Elizabeth Mumbi Karihe only.
