GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11223

NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya to the owners of the motor vehicles registration number KCQ 470S, Toyota Station Wagon Fielder, KCQ 316M, Toyota Axio, KAN 215Z, Toyota Land Cruiser V8, which are lying at the premises of Motortec Auto Garage Kenya, situated at Butere Road off Dar-Salaam Road, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all the storage charges and repairs, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be sold by public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds therefrom will be utilized to defray storage charges and any other Incidental Costs and any shortfall will be collected from the owners of the motor vehicles by legal proceeding.
