NOTICE is given that a Bankruptcy Petition in respect of Ibrahim Mwangi, of P.O. Box Number 75991–00100, Nairobi was presented to the High Court of Kenya at Milimani Law Courts, Commercial Division on the 27th July, 2022 by Ibrahim Mwangi, care of Messrs. Genga & Associates Advocates, Maendeleo House, 6th Floor, Room 612, Monrovia Street, P.O. Box 42838– 00100, Nairobi. That the said petition is directed to be Mentioned for further directions before the High Court, Commercial and Tax Division sitting at Nairobi, Milimani Law Courts on the 29th September, 2022 at 9.00 O’clock or soon thereafter and any other creditor of the said Ibrahim Mwangi desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said Petition may appear at the time of the said mention in person or by his Advocate for that purpose and a copy of the petition shall be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor requiring such copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
