THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gachari Weru Nyamu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 4.4 hectares or thereabout, known as Nyandarua/Ol Kalou Salient/425, and whereas the principal magistrate’s court at Nyahururu in succession cause No. 11 of 1998, has issued letters of administration to Joshua Wamai Gachari (ID/4283595), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to Gachari Weru Nyamu (deceased), has been reported to be missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the instrument of L. R. A. 39 and L. R. A. 42 and issue land title deed to the said Joshua Wamai Gachari (ID/4283595), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gachari Weru Nyamu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
