THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Jacinta Khasiala Muteshi (ID/8925752) and Betty Muhatia Musau (ID/4830047), both of P.O. Box 21532–00505, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as personal representatives of the estate of Adrian Gilbert Muteshi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Uasin Gishu/Tapsagoi/33, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
