WHEREAS R & K Investment Company Limited, of P.O. Box 539848–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 36/III/1112, situate in the Nairobi City Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered as volume N41 folio 436/3, file 12923, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
