NOTICE OF INTENTION

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REMOVE A RESTRICTION WHEREAS Nasimu Athman Ali, of P.O. Box 80693–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Mkomani/62, situate in the Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, has applied for the removal of a restriction registered on 28th June, 2012, and whereas the restriction details and claim is not certain and the same has not been acted upon by the claimant for over ten (10) years, notice is given that I shall proceed to remove the said restriction after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, unless a written objection is received within that period.
