TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2022 By (1) Hamid Ramadhan Rizik and (2) Abdul Ramadhan Rizik, both of P.O. Box 61717–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ramadhan Rizik, who died at Makina Clinic, on 9th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
